Please contact customer service as soon as possible. We are usually able to cancel your order or make changes within 24 hour of your ordering. If an item has already shipped, keep in mind that you may return it within 30 days.

ABOUT FREE SHIPPING

All items ship free , via standard ground service, to locations within the contiguous United States. Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Most orders ship via UPS Ground, USPS 1st class, or USPS Priority.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.

 

BACKORDERED ITEMS

If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item

 

GROUND SHIPPING

Up to 5 Business Days (does not include processing time).Your package may be delivered on a Saturday if shipped via USPS. Ground shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii or for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

I WANT TO ASK YOU, IS THIS STAINLESS STEEL? WILL IT RUST?

I have used it for more than two years. There is no rust yet.

 

WILL WATER KEEP DRIPPING AFTER THE SHOWER KIT IS TURNED OFF?

When it is just turned off, the accumulated water in the rain shower head will drip, and it will not drip after the drip.

 

THE WATER QUALITY VARIES FROM PLACE TO PLACE. IS IT EASY TO CLEAN THE SCALE ON THE SHOWER? HOW TO CLEAN IT? THANKS!

When the shower head touches the silicone nozzle with your hand, the scale will automatically fall off. If there is calcification on the surface, you can directly clean it with a descaling agent or acetic acid or toothpaste.

 

DOES THE SHOWER SYSTEM HAVE PRESSURE BALANCE VALVE OR THERMOSTATIC VALVE?

Our shower system has a pressure balance valve. Pressure balance valve's cartridge monitor water pressure balance, helping to protect you from being scalded by sudden changes in hot or cold water pressure.

 

IS THE SHOWER CARTRIDGE OF THE VALVE REPLACEABLE IF IT MALFUNCTIONS, WITHOUT REPLACING THE WHOLE VALVE?

Yes, the shower cartridge is replaceable. There is no need to replace the whole valve.

HOW DO I ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL IN THE VALVE SHOWER MIXER?

Move the lever left or right. Pull and push is on and off.

 

CAN YOU HAVE BOTH THE RAIN SHOWER AND THE HANDHELD ON AT THE SAME TIME? OR IS IT JUST ONE OR THE OTHER?

In order to ensure that the water pressure at both ends can achieve the best results, the handheld and rain shower head cannot work at the same time.

Yes, our shower head made of 304 stainless steel

 

IS THE ROUGH IN VALVE INCLUDED?

DO THE SHOWER HEAD TILT?

Yes, the rain shower head's ball joint connector can adjust angle.

 

CAN THIS SHOWER SYSTEM BE INSTALLED WITH PEX PIPE?

Yes, all of our shower system can be installed with Pex Pipe.
